Product Safety Precautions

During normal use fuel is safe, however, please observe the following precautions:

1. As the product is flammable, it should only be stored in a properly constructed and maintained tank. In the event of a fire, CO2, foam or dry powder extinguisher should be used.

Do not use water, this may spread the fire.

2. Avoid handling the product. If it comes into content with the eyes or is taken internally seek immediate medical assistance.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

You, the Buyer, by accepting our Terms and Conditions of Sale, agree that:

1. All Goods and services will be charged at the prices current at the point of delivery, excluding VAT, irrespective of when your order is placed.

2. You are responsible for providing safe and suitable storage, and for ensuring that it will take the full quantity ordered. You will also indemnify us against claims, damages and expenses or costs which may arise as a result of you not observing these conditions.

3. If your fuel storage container does not hold the full quantity you, or someone on your behalf, has ordered, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage caused by overflow of the product.

4. We reserve the right to charge part load and waiting time charges at our discretion where deemed appropriate.

5. Risk in goods supplied shall pass from us to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods supplied shall not pass to you until paid for in full.

6. We accept your order on the understanding that payment will be made net cash not later than 28 days after the invoice date.

7. We reserve the right to charge interest if your account becomes overdue. The rate will be 5% compound added to an overdue balance each month.

8. If your account becomes overdue, we reserve the right to enter your property to retrieve such goods and you will make these available to us.

9. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if your account becomes overdue at our discretion.

10. You will be charged £20.00 for any payment which is subsequently dishonoured or refused by your Bank or Building Society.

11. If you, or someone on your behalf, for whatever reason mounts any tanker used in the purpose of your delivery, you shall do so at your own risk, therefore we accept no responsibility.

12. We reserve the right to impose a delivery charge at our discretion.

13. You will inspect the goods after delivery, and notify us within 3 days of delivery of any claim for shortages, damages or loss in transit, failing which it shall be conclusively presumed that you have received and accepted the goods.

14. For the purpose of each individual sale, the quantity shown by the metered delivery invoice, or any other method of measuring that we employ, shall be accepted by you as the quantity delivered

15. We should not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our contractual obligations to you attributable to any cause of whatsoever nature beyond our reasonable control and no such failure or delay should be deemed for any purpose to constitute a breach of contract.
